Right of Way Appraisals

Right of Way Appriasal is a specialized field of appraisal practice that requires specific training. Right of Way appraisal involves the taking of property for a public purpose. This can be a voluntary or involuntary taking of property and can involve condemnation action by a condemning authority.

This type of appraisal both before and after the taking to determind just compensation to the owner. Right of Way appraising can involve:
